LINDSEY JAMES DANIEL JACK Age 86, of Cuba, Alabama, passed away suddenly on May 15, 2015, at the Kane Glen Hazel Nursing Facility. Former husband of Mary Donald Lindsey; beloved brother of surviving siblings, Sallie M. Portis, John O. Lindsey, Martha Harris, Jimmie Lindsey and Gary Lindsey; proud father of James Lindsey, Jr. (four children and nine grandchildren), Joe Lindsey (five children and five grandchildren), Ruby Black (two children), Eloise P. Delaine (two children), Tanya E. Wilson (one child) and Bridgett of Pittsburgh (North Side); also survived by a host of adored nieces and nephews and his faithful, Community Life friend, Dorthy (Dot) Gordon. Throughout Homewood and surrounding areas, Jack was well known as a skilled carpenter tradesman. Visitation will be on Tuesday, May 19, 2015, from 4-8 p.m. at the SPRIGGS AND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 720 N. Lang Ave., Homewood (412-2438080).
