CLARKSON JOSEPH Age 98, of Paramount Assisted Living in Bethel Park, formerly of Baldwin, on Thursday, November 21, 2013. Devoted husband of 73 years to Helen (Ebert) Clarkson; loving father of Joseph (Diana) Clarkson, Donald (Jeannette) Clarkson, and Nancy (Scott) Kocher; dear grandfather of Allison (Tim) Seidel, Bryan Clarkson, Megan (Sara) Kocher, Andrea (Mike) Pastorius, Elise Clarkson, and Scott (Kate) Kocher; great-grandfather of three girls; also survived by brother, Ken Clarkson; sister-in-law, Jean Ebert; and the late Marge Fett. Joe served in the Army from 1943-1946 and was a World War II veteran. He worked for Mesta Machine Co. for 46 years, retiring in 1980 as a purchasing agent. In his retirement, he loved bowling, line dancing and gardening.
