HAYNES FRANK J. Age 69, Hummelstown, PA, entered eternal life April 10, 2016. Born in Uniontown, PA, he was preceded in death by his birth parents, Frank James Stone and Evadell McDowell-Stone, and his loving parents who raised him, James and Beatrice Scruggs. He completed 14 years of formal education and career preparation and served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. Mr. Haynes was a retired PA State Police and challenged himself to accuracy and precision at the Gun Range. He was a member of The Greater Zion Missionary Baptist Church, Harrisburg. Mr. Haynes is survived by his wife, Joanne Glover-Haynes; his children, Sonya Toler, Dwayne Johnson (Denise), Teresa Sims (David), Frank Lash, Erica Pullen (Wesley), Melvin Gay, Jr. (Rhonda), Lateshya Ellis (James), Jason Wynne (Julianna) and Lamont Wynne (Sarah); mother-in-law, Isabelle Sloan; brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great- grandchildren, other relatives and friends. A viewing will be held Sunday, April 17, 2016, 3-5 p.m., at WALLACE FUNERAL DIRECTORS, 106 Agnes Street, Harrisburg. Funeral service will be 11 a.m., Monday, April 18, 2016, at his church, 212 N.
