PRESLAR JONI D. (FULTON) Age 62, of Raleigh, NC (formerly Forest Hills), passed away on March 21, 2017. Loving mother of Travis and Ben Preslar of Bessemer City, NC; proud grandmother of Jade; daughter of Kline and Antonette Fulton; sister of Steve (Carol) Fulton. Joni was a talented artist who loved children and animals. She attended Central Piedmont Community College and worked as a teaching assistant.
