CLARKE VICTORIA LYNN (DALLY) Died unexpectedly on June 21, 2017, at home. She was born on June 23, 1951 in Wilmington, North Carolina, while her father was serving in the Marine Corps. She lived in Peters Township as a young child and later attended Canon McMillan Schools while living in North Strabane and graduated in 1969. She then attended West Virginia Wesleyan College where she studied liberal arts. She worked as a legal secretary for several Washington attorneys and later for York Realty as an office manager until her first child was born in 1983. She later worked part time as a legal assistant for her husband's law office, until her death. Vicki was a breast cancer survivor. She was an avid gardener and was named Gardener of the Year by the PA Garden Association as an officer in the Lexington Court Garden Club. She was also an animal lover in particular birds. She maintained numerous bird feeders and supported various wildlife charities. She was a constant observer of the local eagles. Vicki was a member of Center Presbyterian Church, where she married Robert N. Clarke on September 27, 1975. She is survived by her husband, Robert N. Clarke of McMurray; her daughter, Ashley L. Clarke of McMurray; her son, Jordan N. Clarke of Avella and his twin sister, Amanda L. (Daniel) Greene of Avella, who is the mother of her two grandchildren, Dexter and Ethan. She is also survived by her parents, Russell D. Dally and Shirley M. Dally of Florida; and numerous cousins. Vicki was a beloved daughter, wife, mother and grandmother. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Services will be private and a memorial will be held at a later date.
