Husband of the late Barbara (Garnett) Fisher; preceded in death by his parents, Joseph A. and Alice (Wolfe) Fisher; beloved father of Barbara (Vincent) Heider, Edward and Joseph Fisher, Jr.; grandfather of Joyce (Paul) Paiano and Vincent Heider; great-grandchildren, Alyssa and her baby sister due in April; brother of Marlene Bernardi, Beverly Twedt, Janet Fleming, Donald, Richard, and the late James Fisher.
