PETERS BETTY D. Peacefully, on Saturday, December 30, 2017, Betty D. Peters, age 95, of McCandless Twp. Beloved wife for 60 years of the late John F. Peters, Jr.; mother of Barbara (Jim) Caszatt of VA, John F. (Sarah) Peters III of Evans City, David M. (Donna) Peters of McCandless Twp., and Amy (Jim) McCaffrey of McCandless Twp.; also survived by ten grandchildren, seven great- grandchildren, and one great- great-grandson. Friends received Wednesday from 1 p.m. until time of service at 3 p.m. at SIMONS FUNERAL HOME, INC., 7720 Perry Hwy., Pgh., PA 15237. Betty will be remembered for the graciousness and kindness that she showed to others, her love for her family, and the devotion she had to her church since becoming a member in 1963 of St. John's Lutheran Church of Highland, 311 Cumberland Rd., Pgh., PA 15237 where in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the building fund.
