Born Oct. 2, 1958, she was a daughter of the late John and Pearl (Cohen) Smoyer; mother of Crystal Simpson of Baldwin and Michael Simpson of Clairton; loving companion of more than 35 years of Thomas G. Simpson; sister of William Smoyer of Clairton; and niece of Jerry (Lynn) Smoyer of Brentwood; and also is survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins. Friends received in the A.J.
