He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Allen; and his two children, Dianne Taylor (Victor), Bowie, Maryland and Anthony Allen (Arleyne), Netherlands; three grandchildren, Victor Taylor, Ryan Allen and Tanya Torres; and three great-grandchildren, Rachel and Victor Isaiah Taylor and Anora Torres.
