PHILLIPS RAYMOND S., JR. Of Bethel Park, age 70, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 01, 2018; Loving husband of Judy (Jennings) Phillips; beloved father of Raymond S. (Allison) Phillips, III and Amy P. (Owen) White; grandfather of Cassidy and Abby Phillips and Maya White; brother of Thomas F. (Geri) Phillips, Laura (Richard) Hufnagel, Louann (Jeff) Harbin; also survived by many cherished relatives and friends. Ray was devoted to his family who will miss him dearly.
