THORNBURGH ENNID N. Age 90, a 12-year resident of Friendship Village, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on March 13, 2014. Born on December 24, 1923, in St. Paul, Minnesota, she was the daughter of the late Lloyd E. Norberg and Beth M. (Skogland) Norberg; loving wife of 58 years to Charles G. Thornburgh, Jr.; devoted mother of Charles G. (Claire) Thornburgh III of Mt. Lebanon, Jane B. Taubeneck of Salem, MA, the late Bethann Thornburgh, and Nancy Ramant; and loving grandmother of Meghan and Justin, Sarah (Mike), Brian, and John. Ennid was a longtime member of Southminster Presbyterian Church. A Memorial Service will be on Saturday, March 22, 2014, at 10 a.m. at Southminster Presbyterian Church, 799 Washington Rd., Pittsburgh, PA 15228.
