Beloved husband of 63 years to Lois (Kennell) Bettine; loving father of Beverly (Bernie) Elero, Gail (Geary) Higgins and Lois Ann (Tim) Underwood; loving Pop Pop of seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Joe served in the US Army during the Korean conflict. He was a longtime and faithful member of Bethany Presbyterian Church.
