SYLVIA R. (ULAGER) PIXLEY Age 85, of Ingram Borough, passed unexpectedly on Sunday, April 26, 2020. Beloved wife of Russell N. Pixley; loving mother of Susan Pixley and Russ Pixley; dear grandmother of Jessica and Nicole; sister of Frank (Gail) Ulager and the late James Ulager. Due to the current health pandemic, services and interment at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies are private.
