Sebastian (Giles); step-father of John Patrick (Deborah) Nee and Patti Lynn (David) Klysz; brother of Jennifer (Eric) Kasperowicz and the late Jonathan Sebastian; uncle of Ella, Emlyn and Eric; and son of Louis J. Sebastian and the late Joyce Sebastian (Burtnett). Visitation will be held on Friday, September 11, 2020 from 1-4 and 6-8p.m. at the THOMAS M. SMITH FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, LTD., 930 Center Avenue, Blawnox, PA 15238.
