ANGELYN MARY WAHL Angelyn Mary Wahl, of Peters Township, passed away on September 11, 2020. She was the beloved wife of William Wahl for 61 years; loving mother of Susan Wahl, Leslie (John Buzilow) Wahl, and Denise (Mark) Braden; and cherished grandmother of Alexandra and Jonathan Braden. She was preceeded in death by her sister, Veronica Modesti. Angelyn was a proud US Air Force Veteran who traveled the world and lived overseas. She spent three years as a statistician at the Pentagon and four years on Flight Duty. After raising her children, she had a 10 year career in real estate. Angie had a passion for reading, book clubs and gardening. She was very interested in learning new things, and had recently taken up playing Bridge with her friends at The Concordia of the South Hills Retirement Community. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her friends and family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. A gathering will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2020, from 10-12 at PITTSBURGH CREMATION & FUNERAL CARE, 3287 Washington Rd., McMurray, PA 15317, 724-260-5546. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. John XXIII Parish, formerly St. Benedict the Abbott at 12:30 p.m. Full military honors will take place at The National Cemetery of the Alleghenies privately.
