DOUGAN ANITA CLAIRE Age 72, of New York, NY, formerly of Pittsburgh, PA, passed suddenly on Saturday, August 3, 2013. Beloved daughter of the late Helen and James Dougan; beloved mother of Karl (Catherine) Kabasele of Toronto, Canada, and Kendra Kabasele, of Los Angeles, California; sister, Lois Jeanne (Daniel) Tretiak, of Beijing, China; she is also survived by a host of cousins, other relatives and friends. Ms. Dougan was a graduate of Westinghouse High School and Duquesne University. Visitation Friday 4 to 8 p.m. in the COSTON FUNERAL HOME, INC., 427 Lincoln Ave., East Liberty.
