
GOLIGHTLY FRANK EDWARD Age 98, of Monroeville, formerly of Murrysville, on Sunday, February 1, 2015. Beloved husband of the late Geraldine I. (Monahan) Golightly; father of Bruce Golightly and his wife, Joyce Moore, and his former wife, Suzanne Werner, Gail Golightly and her husband, David Moyer; his grandchildren, Brian Golightly, David Golightly, Elizabeth Garman and Eleanor Wilson; and great- grandchildren, Ariana, Emma, Owen, Oliver, and Liam Golightly and Joshua and Emma Garman. He was the brother of the late Charles W. Golightly, Dorothy R. Coll and Robert Golightly. He was retired from Westinghouse, Semiconductor Division, where he was a Senior Cost Reduction Engineer. Frank was affiliated with the Boy Scouts of America, where he had served as a district commissioner and a member of the Society of Reproduction Engineers and a contributor to Encyclopedia Britannica, authoring an article of drafting, 1964 edition. He enjoyed playing bridge, stained glass work, studying history, especially the U.S. Civil War, coin collecting, square and round dancing. There will be no visitation, and services will be private.
