RUSSELL CHARLES E. EDDIE Age 72, of Oakland, passed away peacefully on March 14, 2015. Husband of Collie L. (Mitchell) Russell; father of Darlene Y., Edward C., Stephanie A. and Anthony C. Russell; brother of Zetta, Karen and Joe Russell (Wheatie), and the late Janet, Cecile, Brenda, Maureen, Norma Jean, Reggie, Willie and Vincent; also survived by nine grandchildren; 13 great- grandchildren; sister-in-law, Yvonne Adams (Odell); and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
