THOMAS EARL RICHARD ET Age 63, of Hill District, passed away peacefully on August 24, 2013, after a lengthy illness. He is survived by his wife, Linda Thomas; mother, Georgia Foulks; four children, six brothers, five sisters, one granddaughter, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends too numerous to count.
