Beloved husband of Sharon (Kuznik) Arffa, Ph.D.; dear father of Rachel (Matthew Yang) Arffa, M.D., Lauren Arffa, Matthew (Valdone) Arffa; loving son of Shirley (Levinson) and the late Stanley Arffa; brother of Allan (Kay) Arffa, Bonnie (Tim) Perman; uncle of Kathryn Arffa, Kathleen Kuznik Leslie Arffa, Travis Arffa, and Natalie Perman. Dr. Arffa was a respected world class ophthalmologist, medical director of The Eye Bank and The Laser Center (TLC), recipient of Best Doctors of America Award for many years, and an author of four books.
