POPECK FLORENCE PATRICIA Age 78, of Pittsburgh, died Sunday, April 1, 2018, at The Grove at New Castle. She was born July 20, 1939, in Washington, the daughter of the late Thomas and Estelle Popeck. Patty graduated from Washington High School in 1957. Patty, or Trish, as many friends knew her by, leaves behind many loving friends and relatives. She was a big-hearted, loving person and never knew a stranger. She held many positions in her career, working for the county at one point. She retired as an award-winning employee from the Hyatt Regency Chain in the Pittsburgh area, where she filled many positions. She loved her Pittsburgh Steelers and couldn't wait for the season to begin. She followed the team every season and shared her comments, joys, and thoughts with many.
