McMASTER RUTH S. Ruth S. McMaster, 94, of Pleasant Hills, formerly of Baldwin Borough, threw in her last bridge hand and peacefully traveled to her final destination in heaven on April 1, 2018. Ruth was the loving mother of four daughters, Mary Ann (Robert) Jackson, Susan Stefanov, Nancy Gergely, and Pamela Huber. She was the dear grandmother of ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She is also survived by three brothers, Joseph, Harry, and Fr. Albert Semler. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, John K McMaster; sisters, Grace Habay and Betty Jean Thiele; and brothers, Edward and Michael Semler. Ruth was an avid bridge player and world traveler - enjoying a last cruise in December with her family. Family and friends will be received on Friday, April 6, 2018, from 4 p.m. - 7 p.m. at the JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 301 Curry Hollow Rd., Pleasant Hills, 15236. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, April 7, 2018, at 10 a.m. at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church.
