PLETCHER ROBERT C. JR. Age 57 of Elliott, peacefully surrounded by loved ones on Saturday, July 7, 2018. Beloved father of Jacqueline (Bryan) Owens, Dakota, and Riley Pletcher; brother of Steven Pletcher, Rebecca Seiner, and Gina Pletcher; also survived by nieces and nephews. Bob was an avid golfer, outdoorsman, and the Scoutmaster of Troop 148. He was known for his sense of humor and contagious smile. He will be dearly missed by his family and all who knew him.
