JURY CINDY M. (WARNER) On Sunday, November 29, 2015, Cindy M. (Warner) Jury, age 52, of Finleyville, passed away peacefully with her family by her side. Her whole family had a chance to see her and talk to her before she passed on. She was the beloved wife of David J. Jury; daughter of Michael and Josie (Granetz) Warner; sister of Mike (Donna) Warner, Shirley Maurin and Patty (Jim) Vamossy; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. For almost 13 months, Cindy battled several types of cancer and infections. She was an amazing lady who fought it with every breath and ounce of strength. Cindy was a caring and passionate person. She always went out of her way to help someone. She will be missed by so many people. Her legacy will go on with the horses and horse farm. Her animals were her life. There will be no visitation. LECKEY MARY LOU Age 87, of Mars, PA, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 28, 2015. Born March 13, 1928, in Monongalia County, WV, the daughter of the late Marion L. and Mabel Louise Cummins White. Mary Lou lived a long and rich life. She was the valedictorian at Clay-Battelle HS. She graduated from Presbyterian Hospital School of Nursing as a registered nurse and practiced obstetrical, private duty and industrial nursing for most of her life. She married her husband, Howard, on May 31, 1952, with whom she raised three children. Mrs. Leckey kept a daily journal from 1939 until one week before her death. She was a voracious reader. Mary Lou loved to play games, especially Scrabble, dominos, and cribbage. She had a passion for travel and visited all 50 states and numerous countries with her husband and her children. Above all, she was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who strived to teach the importance of living life. She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her children, Howard Chip L. Leckey III and his wife, Jane, of Kingwood, TX, Candace Leckey McPheron and her husband, Doug, of Seven Fields, Penny Leckey Haldane and her husband, Les, of Kailua, HI; one brother, David C. White and his wife, Regina, of Morgantown, WV; seven grandchildren, Brittany Leckey, Kevin Leckey, Heather McPheron Jackman and her husband, Ken, Tara McPheron Ruzomberka and her husband, Keith, John McPheron, Lacy Haldane Crowley and her husband, Brendan, and Kelly Haldane; five great- grandchildren, Hannah, Caroline, Henry, Brayden, and Reagan; two nieces; and a nephew. In addition to her husband, Howard L. Leckey, Jr., who preceded her in death on June 13,1982, she was also preceded in death by one brother, Marion "Buck" White, Jr. As per Mary Lou's wishes, there will be no public visitation. He was an avid hunter and member of the Safari Club International. He loved being with family and friends and cared deeply for his nieces and nephews. He was a devoted fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Penguins and was a master tailgater. He was very talented and meticulous in everything he did. He had an extraordinary eye for Art.
